Magellan custom designed and manufactured 10kVA 1PH AC UPS systems housed in IP42 rated steel enclosures with integrated 100Ah VRLA battery banks and external manual bypass switches.
The system comes with volt-free contacts for alarms and SNMP communication. Mid-tier fusing was offered to keep the DC voltage of each battery tier <80VDC.

Our mining customer approached us to design a compact yet reliable 10KVA AC UPS system suitable for the harsh mine site environment to provide them with extended battery backup.
