Magellan custom designed and manufactured a large quantity of transformer-based 3PH AC UPS systems housed in IP42 rated steel enclosures with integrated VRLA battery banks ranging from 150Ah to 600Ah including an external manual bypass switches.
The system comes with volt-free contacts for alarms and Profinet communication. Midtier isolators were offered to keep the voltage of each battery tier <120VDC.

Our mining customer approached us to design a range of rugged 3PH transformer-based UPS systems suitable for the harsh mine site environment to provide them with reliable power for an extended period of time.
