Charge Up Round 2 Grants Now Available!

Exciting news! Round 2 of the WA Government’s ‘Charge Up’ Grant is now open this November!

The “Charge Up” grant program, initiated by the Western Australian government, is back for Round 2! This grant is all about promoting sustainable transportation infrastructure and supporting the adoption of EVs. If you’re an SME, a local government authority, or an NGO interested in installing AC or DC EV chargers, this is for you!  

Round 1 was a remarkable success, with $2.4 million in grant funding approved, along with the installation of 403 chargers across 221 sites. Moreover, 99 Small and Medium Enterprises, 26 Local Government Authorities, and 15 Not-for-profits were among the organisations that received approval. 

Here’s the exciting part: Magellan Power’s AC and DC EV chargers are eligible for the grant and we’re an authorised software seller! By participating in Round 2, you can receive financial assistance that covers a whopping 50% of the total cost of purchasing, installing, and obtaining software subscriptions for AC (7 to 22kW) and DC (25kW to 350 kW in size) EV chargers designed exclusively for commercial use.
